About 15 years ago, I felt a compelling need to fulfill my artistic and spiritual needs. I took a break from my work as an IT Consultant andI learned to teach Tai Chi and Movement. A few years later, after a chance Hypnosis sampler from an acquaintance I embarked in training in Hypnosis, first in the UK and later qualifying in Canada.

I am continually inspired by the creativity, joy and ease that my clients find within themselves via the work that I offer to them. Having the opportunity to share my work with my fellow human beings brings a smile to my day.

I still enjoy technology and science, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to have a balance of Mind, Body, and Spirit personally and in my offerings to clients.
